Counctluomber Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 84- 241
APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT
HIGHWAY 55 AT VICKSBURG LME
CITY PR03ECT NO. 105
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the State
of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, for the following purposes, to -wit:
To provide a traffic control signal with street lights and
signing on Trunk Highway No. 55 at Vicksburg Lane in accordance
with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in
Agreement No. 62012, a copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and hereby are
authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of
the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that $3,700 be transferred from
(402-402-965) to the Construction Fund (401-000-105) to
construction.

Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
