Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of

;ouncilmember_Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 238
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
AMHURST SIXTH ADDITION (79046)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated July 25, 1983,
Ascension Evangelical Lutheran Church of Plymouth, Minnesota, developer of
Amhurst Sixth Addition, has agreed to install certain improvements for said
development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL JF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $36,400 to $0 to reflect the
completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the watermain is accepted as of April 16, 1984 for
continual maintenance subject to one year guarantee by the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votea in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
