Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th_ day of
April , 1984. '9'he following memberz were present: Mayor Davenport,
Guncilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain . The following mem erb s were
absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 84-237
APPROVING NO PARKING SIGN INSTALLATION
32ND AVENUE FROM EAST MEDICINE LAKE BOULEVARD EAST 203 FEET
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Director of Public Works that for the
safety of the public No Parking signs should be placed on the north side of 32nd
Avenue from East Medicine Lake Boulevard easterly 203 feet;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that No Parking signs shall be placed on the north side of
the following street:
32nd Avenue from East Medicine Lake Boulevard easterly 203 feet.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon the
following vote n favor t ereof: Moor Davenport, Councilmembers Aoen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declaM duly passed and adopted. ***
