Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 161h day of

adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 235
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS
NW 1/4, SW 1/4, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Word of Life Assembly of God Church has
petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the following utility and drainage
easements:
A 20 foot strip of land centered upon the following described center-
line;
The centerline of which is described as follows: Commencing at the North-
west corner of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 26,
Township 118, Range 22; thence East for a distance of 261.5 feet to a
point which is the point of beginning of the centerline to be
described; thence righ%s at a deflection angle of 700 261, 40" from
the North line of said NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the W114, for a dis-
tance of 690.0 feet plus or minus, to the South line of said HE 1/4 of
the NW 1/4 of th4 SW 1/4 and there terminating.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the save to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of May 21, 1984 at
7:30 p.m. In the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boule-
vard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the fort)gotng Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon the
