The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, councilmembers Moen,Neils, Schneider and Crain The follow ng me urs were absent: none *,►* ,� tom* — Cougcilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption RESOLUTION NO. 84- 235 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS NW 1/4, SW 1/4, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Word of Life Assembly of God Church has petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the following utility and drainage easements: A 20 foot strip of land centered upon the following described center- line; The centerline of which is described as follows: Commencing at the North- west corner of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 26, Township 118, Range 22; thence East for a distance of 261.5 feet to a point which is the point of beginning of the centerline to be described; thence righ%s at a deflection angle of 700 261, 40" from the North line of said NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the W114, for a dis- tance of 690.0 feet plus or minus, to the South line of said HE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of th4 SW 1/4 and there terminating. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the save to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of May 21, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. In the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boule- vard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
