Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of
Arpil '1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers21oen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following members were
absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the followii.g Resolution and moved its
adoption: �—
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 234
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
AMHURST 8TH ADDITION
STREET IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 432
WHEREAS, the developer of Amhurst 8th Addition has petitioned the City to
install a 7 -tun bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a
portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo,
. Rosene, Anderlik do Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to
report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in
a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other
Improvement, and the estimated cost of soch an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen 'and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers poen, Neils,

Schneider and Crain .
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared dVIX passed and Adopted.-
