Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of
Arpil , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following mem ers were
absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 232
RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 412
ZACHARY HILLS 3RD AND 4TH ADDITIONS - UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted February 27, 1984, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik do Associates, Inc. with
respect to improvement of Zachary Hills 3rd and 4th Additions; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of sanitary sewer,
watermain, storm sewer, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on April 16, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the report is hereby received and placed on file.
2. That the improvements in the report will be considered with the
final plat of Zachary Hills 3rd and 4th Additions.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ***
