Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held onthe h day of Aril 19 84
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, ouncilmembers Moen, Ne� s;
Schneider and Crain

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 94- 221
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR PLYMOUTH ORCHARDS 2ND ADDITION FOR NORTHWESTERN BELL (84013)
WHEREAS, Northwestern Bell has requested approval for a Final Plat for Plymouth
Orchards 2nd Addition located northeast of County Road 61 and 15th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Northwestern Bell,
for Plymouth Orchards 2nd Addition, located northeast of County Road 61 and 15th Avenue
North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, t e
