Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of April . 1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 220
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR PLYMOUTH ORCHARDS 2ND ADDITION FOR NORTHWESTERN BELL
(84013)
WHEREAS, Northwestern Bell, has requested approval of a Preliminary Plat for the
division of land northeast of County Road 61 and 15th Avenue North, to create three
lots as Plymouth Orchards 2nd Addition; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat for
Northwestern Bell, for the division of land northeast of County Road 61 and 15th
Avenue North, to create three lots as Plymouth Orchards 2nd Addition, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's
ex pen se .
3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with
the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit
for Lot 1, Block 1.
4. No Building Permits for Lot 1, Block 1 shall be issued until the Final Plat
is filed and recorded with Hennepin County.
5. No yard setbacks are granted or implied for Lot 1, Block 1.
6. Appropriate legal documents regarding shared access and utilities as
approved by the City Attorney shall be filed with the Final Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
IDSchneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly ;â–ºssed and adopted.
