Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Cite Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of April . 1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 219
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION (iF ORD'_NA.NCF REZONING LAND LOCATED
SOUTH OF 15TH AVENUE, NORTH OF 11TH AVENUE, AND WEST CF PINENJEW LANE (MPUD 84- )

WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
south of 15th Avenue, North of 11th Avenue, and we::t of Pineview Lane from FRD
(future restricted development) District to I-1 (planned industrial) District and R-2
(low density multiple residence) District in conjunction with the approval of Final
Plat for Glen Echo Ponds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Glen Echo Ponds
to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
