Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota; was held on t� day of April 1964.

Counzilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION t0. 84-216
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAN/PLAT FOR
DENNIS GONYEA FOR GONYEA'S THIRD ADDITION (83030)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Finil Plan/Plat and Development Contract
for Gonyea's Third Addition as requested by Denris Gonyea.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
3. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
4. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
5. Appropriate legal documents regarding Homeowner Association covenants and
restrictions as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed with the Final
Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
