Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of April . 1964.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Ne ls,
Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-213
REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE OF TAX FORFEIT PARCELS
TO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PUBLIC USE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received from the
County of Hennepin a description of land within its corporate limits which has become
the property of the State of Minnesota for non-payment of real estate taxes; and
WHEREAS, the parcels of land described below have heretofore been classified by the
Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as non -conservation land
and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of County Commis-
sioners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED 9Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282, that said classification by
said Board of Commissioners of the parcels of land described as non -conservation land
Is hereby approved.
FURTHER, that the parcels by conveyed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282 for public
use as hereinafter shown:

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils "and upon vote being taken thereon, the
ollowing voted in favor thereof:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
