HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-211CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of April , 1984. The following members were present: May or Davenport, Couneilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 211 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - CREEKSIDE OF PLYMOUTH 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted April 2, 1984, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Creekside of Plymouth 2nd Addition by the installation of ornamental resi- dential street lights and this report was received by the Council April 2, 1984; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvements. 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions adopted April 2, 1984. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these Improve- ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereo, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared dulj passed and adopted.
