Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular -m
eeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
day of April , lgj . The following members were
resent: Mayor Davenport, Coun ilmembers Mon Neils Schneider and Crain
The following memoers were absent: none
Cogn5ilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 209
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 246
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the utility and street improvements contract for Projects No. 246:
1. Extend irrigation system northerly to I-494 bridge.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the utility and street improvements contract for
Project 246 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY; -THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for the utility and street
improvements contract for Project 246 adding $8,057.50 is approved and
the original contract price of $853,624.00 (Plymouth Portion) is revised to
$861,681.50.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted to favor t ereo :Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils.
The following vote against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
