The following members we none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its a option: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 208 ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT SCHMIDT GARDENS STREET AND UTILITIES PROJECT NO. 427 of WHEREAS, property owners within the Schmidt Gardens Addition have petitioned the City to install a 7 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer, watermain and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a portion of the cost of such improvements pursrant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY .dE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik €, Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vot n ravor reo :Nayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain Tile following voted a Whereupon the Resolut _k est or abstained: na was declared duly —Passednaand adopted.
