HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-199CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of April , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, members- Moen Neils Schneider and Crain . The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 199 ORDERING PROJECT NO. 337 DEVRIES 2ND ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 3, 1983, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc., with respect to the improvements in the DeVries 2nd Addition by the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on January 9, 1984; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. Such Improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council 10 resolution adopted October 3, 1983. The petitioner has waived his right to a public hearing. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc., is hereby hereby designated as the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such Improvement. 3. The improvement ordered is for storm sewer without Pond BC -P42 and for the watermain connection to the intersection of 28th Avenue and Kilmer Lane. 4. The cost of the watermain south of the southeast corner of the plat along the west frontage road will be paid for by the City from the Utility Trunk Fund. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, §chneider and Crain -- The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
