The following members were present: or Daven rt ounci members Moen Neils Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: none Councilmember_Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: PESOLUTION NO. 84-198 ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT CARLSON CENTER ANNEX AND ADJACENT AREA STREET AND UTILITIES PROJECT NO. 426 WHEREAS, the developer of Carlson Center 3rd Addition has petitioned the City to install 7 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer, watermain and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, improvements are also necessary on Zinnia Lane, Berkshire Lane and County Road 15; and WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a por- tion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Clapter 398, as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the proposed improvements be referred to ttrgar - Roccoe R Inc. for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended. FURTHER, that the report include all improvements necessary within the Carlson Center 3rd Addition, Zinnia Lane, Perkshire Lane and County Road 15. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the ToM owing voted n ravor ereo : Mayor Davenport Councilmembers Moen.
