Minnesota was held on the 2nd_ day of April , 19 84. The following members were present: r M , i Schneider and Crain The following mem ers were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 197 CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS -PROJECT 404 SUNRISE HILLS/SKYLINE HILLS ADDITIONS STREETS AND UTILITIES WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted January 9, 1984, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik 4 Associates, Inc. with respect to the improvement of the Sunrise Hills/Skyline Hills Additions and adjacent property, and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on April 1984; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $570,590.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 7th day of May, 1984 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the 0 owing voten avor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, S i Thefollowing vote aga nst or abstained: nooe Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
