The following nd n: ers were present:Ma or Davenport, ounce me ers Moen;lreils, Schneider rain The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 196 APPROVING TAXI DRIVERS LICENSES WHEREAS, application for Taxi Drivers Licenses have been received for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council in accordance with Plymouth City Code, chapter 1145; and WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted investigations of the applicants and finds no reason to deny the licenses requested; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Taxi Drivers Licenses be approved for a period from April 3, 1984 through December 31, 1984 for the following: Kenneth Charles Jensen, Bruce Phillip Stein, Bill E. Townsend, and Dwight Wilson.and Michael Scott Warren. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the 0 lowing voted in ravor there 41, Schneider and Crain efollowing voted against or abstained: n n Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly —passed and adopted.
