Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota, was held on the
2nd day of April 19 84 . The following members

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-195
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF CONVENIENCE
AND NECESSITY FOR YELLOW TAXI SERVICE CORP.
WHEREAS, application for Certificate of Convenience and Necessity has been
received for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council in
accordance with Plymouth City Code in accordance with Plymouth City Code,
Chapter 1145; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no
reason to deny the license request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity be
approved for the Yellow Taxi Service Corporation from April 3, 1984
10 through December 31, 1984 subject to inspection and approval of the cabs
by the Police Department.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
C�ouncilmgsp�Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passu and adopted.
