HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-187aCITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 2nd�� day of April 19 84 The following members were present: Mayor Davenportouncilmembers Men. Ne!]S, Schneider and Crain e Tolloulng members were sent: none Couacilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 187 APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR DARRELL HEUER, IMR, INC. (84007) WHEREAS, Darrell Heuer, IMR Inc. has requested approval of a Site Plan and Variances for the construction of a 35,000 sq. ft. office, manufacturing, and warehouse facili- ty on property located north of Medina Road and %vest of Ranchview Lane on Lot 1, Block 2, Vicksburg Industrial Park; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Darrell Heuer, IMR, Inc. for Site Plan approval for the construction of a 35,000 sq. ft. office, manu- facturing, and warehouse facility on property located north of Medina Road and gener- ally west of Ranchview Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with Dedication Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance. 3. Submission of required Site Performance Agreement and financial guarantee for completion of site improvements. 4. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance 5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and ap- provals per Ordinance provisions. 6. A variance be provided for the east fire lane, but that no variance be granted for the fire locations of the fire hydrants; that a variance be granted for the fire lane on the north side of the building so it can be Installed to a 7 -ton gravel standard, for no longer than five years after the building is occupied. 7. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure and no outside storage is permitted. PLEASE SEE PAGE TWO Page two 0 Resolution No. 84- 187 8. One access to Medina Road shall be allowed; one of the accesses shown on the site plan dated January 26, 1984 shall be deleted, or redesigned as a shared drive with an adjacent parcel with the concurrence of the owner of that parcel. 9. The future development areas shall be seeded with prairie grass. The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none 9hereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. dsk8-A
