Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd_ day of April 1984.
. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-182
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR TIPTON CORPORATION FOR TRACT B, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO.
1540 (84012)
WHEREAS, Tipton Corporation has requested approval for a Lot Division of an existing
platted lot into two parcels for the creation of two lots for single family residential
development;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Lot Division as follows:
Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 1540, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be divided as:
. Parcel 1
That part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 1540, files of the Registrar of
Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota which lies north of the following described
line:
Beginning at a point on the west line of said Tract B distant 101.70 feet north of
the southwest corner of said Tract B; thence easterly to a point on the east line
of said Tract B distant 88.74 feet north of the southeast corner of said Tract B
and there termination.
Parcel 2
That part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 1540, files of the Registrar of
Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota which lies south of the following described
line:
Beginning at a point on the west line of said Tract B distant 101.70 feet north of
the southwest corner of said Tract 8; thence easterly to a point on the east line
of said Tract B distant 88.74 feet north of the southeast corner of said Tract B
and there terminating.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Lot Division is approved by Hennepin
County.
10 The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
the Resolution was
