Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of April . 1984.
The following members were present.: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-179
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR JOHN DEVRIES, DEVRIES BUILDERS; INC.,
FOR DEVRIES 2ND ADDITION (83031)
WHEREAS, John Devries has requested approval for Final Plat for Devries 2nd Addtion , a
plat for 22 single family lots located west of County Road 18 at 29th Avenue North, in
the south half of Section 24;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for John Devries for Devries 2nd Addition a plat for 22 single family lots
located west of County Road 18 at 29th Avenue North, in the south half of Section 24;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
