Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on Erie 2nd day of April 1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
were
Councilmember.Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-17?
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR
NICK M. LOSCHEIDER CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR RIDGECREST 3RD ADDITION (A-774)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Ridgecrest 3rd Addition as requested by Nick M. Loscheider Construction, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met prior to
recording of, and 'related to said plat:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
3. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
4. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:Mayor Davenoor-. Councilmembers Moen. Neils.
