Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular .-meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of April 193A -

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-171
APPROVING FINAL PLAN/PLAT AND 1i'; LOPMENT CONTRACT FOR NICK M. LOSCHEIDER
CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR RIDGECREST 3RD ADDITION (A-774)
WHEREAS, Nick M. Loscheider Construction, Inc. has requested approval for Final Plat
for Ridgecrest 3rd Addition, for 14 single family lots located on the east and west
sides of Pilgrim Lane at 30th Avenue North.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUt-CIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve th, Final Plat and Development
Contract for Nick M. Loscheider Construction, Inc. for Ridgecrest 3rd Addition, a
plat for 14 single family lots located on the east and west side of Pilgrim Lane at
30th Avenue North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:MaXnr navpnnpnrt Councilmembers Moen. Neils.

The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
