Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a eoerial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of
March , 1984. The following members were present:Actigd_Mayor Schneider
Councilmembers Moen, Neils and Crain, The following members were
absent:—Mayor Davenport

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 162
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
NORTHEAST TRUNK SANITARY SEWER - PROJECT NO. 903
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 84-142 of the City Council, adopted the 5th day of
March, 1984, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to the improvement
for the Northeast Interceptor Sewer starting at the intersection of 45th Avenue
and Nathan. Lane, thence westerly along proposed 45th Avenue for approximately
1,400 feet and thence in a northerly direction for approximately 2,000 feet, to
the south plat line of Rolling Hills Park Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of sanitary sewer and
previously constructed watermain trunk facilities and all necessary appurte-
nances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 26th
10 day of March, 1984, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed In the Council
Resolution adopted March 5, 1984.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates is designated as
engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the makA ng of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
