Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on121 day of March . 1984.

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 157
RESOLUTION ADOPTING REVISED POLICY AND PROCEDURES RELATING TO
APPLICATIONS FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BOND FINANCING
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of enhancing the clarity of the Council's
Industrial development revenue bond financing policy; and
WHEREAS, on March 8, 1984 the City Manager submitted a report containing proposed
revised industrial development revenue bond policy and procedures; and
WHEREAS, the proposed policy and procedures do clarify the Council's desires with
regard to industrial development revenue bond financing requests;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does adopt the Industrial development revenue
bond financing policy and procedures as set forth in the City Manager's report dated
March 8, 1984.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain andupon vote being taken thereon, the
following votedn favor t neo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
