Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was oldon the

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution anc
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 156
AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
POND GL -P2
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has been ordered by the District Court to commence
condemnation proceedings for Storm Water Drainpge Pond GL -P2;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to commence condemnation proceedings
for the following described property for Pond GL -P2:
The West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 118, Range 22
except that part described as commencing at the Northwest corner of the said
West Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence South along the West line of said
West Half of the Northeast Quarter 1535.79 feet; thence East at right angles
to the West line of the said West Half of the Northeast Quarter, 33 feet to
the point of beginning of the tract to be excepted; thence continuing East
along the extension of the last described line 296.12 feet; thence deflecting
to the left 76 degrees 47 minutes 57 seconds 763.14 feet more or less
to the intersection with a line hereinafter referred to as line "A." which line
10 "A" is 75 feet Southwesterly of the following described line: From a point on
the North and South quarter line of said Section 20 distant 262.1 feet South of
the North quarter corner of said Sect n 20, running Northwesterly at an angle
45 degrees 12 minutes with said North and South quarter line for 200 feet to
the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence Southeasterly along
the last above described course for 277.75 feet; thence deflecting to the left
on a 10 chord spiral curve of decreasing radius (spiral angle 2 degrees 00
minutes) for 200 feet; thence deflecting to the left on a 2 degree 00 minute
circular curve (delta angle 33 degrees 48 minutes) for 1690 feet and there
terminating; thence Northwesterly along said line "A" to a point 100 feet
Southeasterly of its intersection with a line running parallel with and distant
33 feet East of the North and South quarter line of said Section 20, said 33
feet being measured at right angles to the said North and South quarter line of
said Section 20; thence Southwesterly to a point on said 33 foot parallel line
distant 100 feet south of the intersection of said line "A" and said 33 foot
parallel line; thence South parallel to the West line of said West Half of the
Northeast Quarter to the point of beginning of the tract to be excepted and
except the South 436 feet of the West 500 feet of the above described property,
according to the Government Survey thereof, and except all that part lying North
of line "A."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereo : Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
