Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, asuer�'I meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hid Fon

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 152
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR JOINT USE OF SEWER
MEDINA INTERCEPTOR SEWER.
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission has requested the use of
the City of Plymouth trunk sewer system to receive sewage originating in the
area of Hamel within the City of Medina,
WHEREAS, an agreement for said use has been prepared and is attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT BE HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager be
authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
