Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-151
AMENDING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
MEDICINE LAKE HIGHLANDS ADDITION (81010)
WHEREAS, the Development Contract for Medicine Lake Highlands Addition specifies
that the driveway access for Lot 9, Block 2, shall have driveway access to 38th
Place;and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested that a driveway be permitted on both 38th Place
and Rosewood Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Development Contract for Medicine Lake Highlands Addition be
amended to delete the restriction that driveway access for Lot 9, Block 2, be
. only to 38th Place.

Coucilmembers Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
