RESOLUTION NO. 84- 150
RECEIVING PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATIUN OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - AMBER WOODS ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from property owners in the Amber Woods
Addition requesting installation of ornamental residential street lighting;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Amber Woods Addition
by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting be filed with
the City Council on March 12, 1984.
2. The petition is not signed by 100% of the affected property owners.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ere- : Mayor Davenoort. Councilmembers Moen, Neils.
