• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 12th of March . 1984,

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 146
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR CHIPPEWA
TRAILS 3RD ADDITION FOR KUECHLE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (A-498)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Chippewa Trails 3rd Addition as requested by Kuechle Construction Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording oP, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing of the Final Plat.
3. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is fied and recorded
with Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , andupon vote being taken thereon, the
