Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 12th day of March . 1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport=cilmembeo—rs e�n�eils, —
ilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 84- 145
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR KUECHLE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR
CHIPPEWA TRAILS 3RD ADDITION (A-498)
WHEREAS, Kuechle Construction Company has requested approval for Final Plat for
Chippewa Trails 3rd Addition, a plat for 10 single family residential lots located
southeast of 28th Avenue North and Medicine Lake Boulevard; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
10 Contract for Kuechle Construction Company for Chippewa Trails 3rd Addition located
southeast of 28th Avenue North and Medicine Lake Boulevard; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken t neon, t
ollowing voted n favor thereof: Mavor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen. Neils,
thereupon the Resolution was declared
