Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reoular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
5th day of March , 1984 . The following members
were present: Actingayor Schneider, ounce members Moen, Neils and Crain
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-144
APPROVING TEMPORARY ON -SALE
NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, an application for a Temporary On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt
Liquor License has been received from Barbara Fattsto on behalf of St.
Mary of the Lake Church, 105 Forestview Lane, pursuant to Chapter III,
Section 3, Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, said license is to be used in conjunction with the St. Mary of
the Lake Parish Fun and Games Night on March 10, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has investigated and approved the
application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Temporary On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor
License is hereby approved for Barbara Fattsto representing St. Mary of
the Lake Church, 105 Forestview Lane for March 10, 1984.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
