HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-144CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reoular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of March , 1984 . The following members were present: Actingayor Schneider, ounce members Moen, Neils and Crain The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84-144 APPROVING TEMPORARY ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE WHEREAS, an application for a Temporary On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License has been received from Barbara Fattsto on behalf of St. Mary of the Lake Church, 105 Forestview Lane, pursuant to Chapter III, Section 3, Plymouth Code; and WHEREAS, said license is to be used in conjunction with the St. Mary of the Lake Parish Fun and Games Night on March 10, 1984; and WHEREAS, the Police Department has investigated and approved the application; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Temporary On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License is hereby approved for Barbara Fattsto representing St. Mary of the Lake Church, 105 Forestview Lane for March 10, 1984.
