Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-143
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 225
45TH AVENUE - NATHAN LANE TO ZACHARY LANE
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted March 15, 1982, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of 45th Avenue from Zachary Lane to Nathan Lane; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of bituminous street with
concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, watermain lateral and trunk facilities,
sanitary sewer lateral and trunk facilities and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on May 17, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
10 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and
utilities in accordance with the report and the assessment of
benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost
of the improvement of $648,147.00
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on
the 26th day of March 1984, in the Council Chambers of the
Plymouth City Council at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m.,
and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
' Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor ergo : Acting Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Moen.
The following voted against or abstained: non
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an adopted.
