HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-142CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was head on the 5th day of March , 19 84. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Moen. Neils and Crain ng rye Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 142 CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS -PROJECT 903 NORTHEAST TRUNK SANITARY SEWER WHEREAS, pursuant to the 1980 Capital Improvement Program adopted November 19, 1979 an addendum to the original report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect to the improvement for the Northeast Interceptor Sewer starting at the intersection of 45th Avenue and Nathan Lane, thence westerly along proposed 45th Avenue for approximately 1,400 feet and thence in a northerly direction for approximately 2,000 feet, to the South Plat Line of Rolling Hills Park Addition. WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of sanitary sewer and previously constructed watermain trunk facilities and all necessary appurtenances; and . WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on December 17, 1979; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such utilities in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.01i to 429.11 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $134,547.00 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 26th day of March, 1984 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted n favor ergo : Acting Mayor Schneider.
