Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoptign:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 141
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION
GREENWOOD SCHOOL
PROJECT NO. 415
WHEREAS, the Wayzata Independent School District No. 284 has petitioned the City
to extend Sanitary Sewer Service to Greenwood School; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such p,ojects will be assessed for all or a
portion of the cost of such improvemr,)ts pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011
to 429.11 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RE`.OLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
10 PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik & Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to
report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in
a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen. Neils
Schneider and Crain

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passff and adopted.
