Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, are��lar meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he7d the

Councilmemher Neils introduced the following Resolution and
move its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 84=140
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
DEVRIES 3rd ADDITION
STREET AND UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 414
WHEREAS. the developer of DeVries 3rd Addition has petitioned the City to
install a 7 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, drainage
facilities, sanitary sewer, watermain and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a
portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik & Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed
to report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the
Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection
with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement
as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n avor ereo Arting Mavnr Srhne;dary Councilmembers Moen.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
