The following members were fol Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84-139 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - VICKSBURG LANE AND 27TH AVENUE WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted February 6, 1984, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of the intersection of Vicksburg Lane and 27th Avenue by the installation of an ornamental residential street light and this report was received by the Council March 5, 1984; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvements. 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions adopted February 6, 1984. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve- ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor there0 Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmemhers Maen, M-41, .-A r -4 - The following voted against or abstained: n Whereupon the Resolution was declared duty passe an adopted.
