Nails and Crain ng mem The following rs were a sent: _ t1kyor navanipg t move introduced the following Resolution and its a option: RESOLUTION NO. 84-137 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT STREET LIGHTING - BASS LAKE HEIGHTS WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Dickman Knutson requesting installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Bass=Lake Heights Addition; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Bass Lake Heights Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City Council on March 5, 1984, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. 2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings. 3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Coun i m m and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vo e n avor thereaT.
