Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a filar meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5 h day.of March . 1984.

RESOLUTION NO. 84- 136
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR BUILDING 'C' PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA FOR
NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS (MPUD 81-1) (84004)
WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company of America has requested approval of a Site
Plan for an office/warehouse facility (Building C) to be located within Northwest
Business Campus 5th Addition northwest of Campus Drive and Northwest Boulevard/County
Road 61; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, -
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Prudential Insurance
soCompany of America for Site Plan for an office/warehouse facility (Building C) to be
located within the Northwest Business Campus 5th Addition northwest of Campus drive
and Northwest Boulevard/County Road 61 subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication were previously
satisfied with the filing of the Northwest Business Campus 2nd Addition
Final Plat.
3. Submission of required Site Performance Agreement and financial guarantee
for completion of site improvements.
4. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance and approved sign
program for Northwest Business Campus.
5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
6. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the designated areas
on plans dated January 9, 1984.

7. Compliance with applicable provisions of Resolutions 81-281 and 81-846 and
the Development Contract for Northwest Business Campus (80062).
S. The petitioner shall maximize the use of berming and the proposed
landscaping to ameliorate the parking lot impact, while maintaining
building sight lines.
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
