Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 84- 134
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR NORTHWEST
BUSINESS CAMPUS 5th ADDITION FOR PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA (84003)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Northwest Business Campus 5th
Addition as requested by Prudential Insurance Company of America;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication for Lots 1 through 4,
Block 1, Northwest Business Campus 5th Addition were satisfied with the filing
of the Final Plat for Northwest Business Campus 2nd Addition.
3. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
4. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm
water drainage facility.
5. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
6. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
7. No Buil( I Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennef-tn County.
8. Any future division of Lots 1 through 4, Block 1, Northwest Business Campus
5th Addition shall be by means of platting.
9. Compliance with applicable provisions of Resolutions 81-281 and 81-846 and the
Development Contract for Northwest Business Campus (80062).

10. Development of Lot 4, Block 1, Northwest Business Campus 5th Addition shall
include provisions for a bus pullover.
11. The Final Plat mylars shall include the reference to the approved MPUD 81-1,
per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
tuber Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon,— the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
