Pursuant to due call and noise thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 5t� day of March 1984.

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 84- 132
APPROVING REVISED MIXED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT FOR PRUDENTIAL
INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA FOR NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS (MPUD 81-1) (84003)
WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company of America has requested approval for an MPUD
Revised Preliminary Plan/Plat for Northwest Business Campus (MPUD 81-1) in the north-
east quadrant of the intersection of State Highway 55 and I-494; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Revised MPUD Preliminary Plan/
Plat far Northwest Business Campus (MPUD 81-1) subject to the following conditions:
. 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all gad or dying trees from the property at the owner's
expense.
4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication for Lots 1 through 4,
Block 1 Northwest Business Campus 5th Addition were satisfied with the
filing of the Final Plat - Northwest Business Campus 2nd Addition.
5. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor eleva-
tions for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any
open storm water drainage facility.
6. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and
recorded with Hennepin County.
7. No yard setbacks are granted or implied.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Lilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken t hereon, the
