The following members were present: pctjpc Mavor Schnei er, Councimem ers oen, nd Crain e o ow ng s were absent: Maynr Davenport aa+ tts fa -E Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its a t on: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 130 APPROVING SITE PLAN AND VARIANCES FOR ROBERT MIDDLEMIST FOR ALPINE OFFICE BUILDING (81070) WHEREAS, Robert Middlemist has requested approval of a Site Plan and Variances for a two-story office building to be located in Section 36, between Highway 55 and County Road 15; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Robert Middlemist ' for a Site Plan and Variances for a two-story 5,184 sq. ft. office building to be located in Section 36, between Highway 55 and County Road 15, per Site Plan staff dated March 1, 1984, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Submission of required Site Performance Agreement and financial guarantee for completion of site improvements. 3. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance. 4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to Ordinance required reviews and approvals. 5. Trash enclosure be constructed per Zoning Ordinance standards and be relocated so as to not interfere with the parking spaces. 6. Approved variances include: a) Front yard building setback to County Road 15 (50 ft. vs 75 ft.); b) Parking space setback to County Road 15 ( 5 ft. vs 10 ft.); PLEASE SEE PAGE TWO Page two Resolution No. 84-130 c) Parking space setback to east property line (10 ft. vs 20 ft.); d) Parking space and driveway setbacks to building (8 ft. vs 10 ft. and 5 ft. vs. 10 ft.); e) Number of required parking spaces (24 vs 26). f) Parking allowed up to the west property line. 7. The building shall be sprinklered per the City Codes. 8. The landscape plan shall conform with City Policy. FURTHER, Resolution No. 82-497 is hereby rescinded. The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Louncilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the n,e following votes against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
