Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rgqular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on theh day of March , 1984.
The following members were present: Acting Mayor` c nei er, Councilmem ers Moen,

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-129
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
SOUTHWEST OF 48TH AVENUE NORTH AND ZACHARY LAND (RPUD 84- ) (83059)
WHEREAS, the City council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
southwest of 48th Avenue North and Zachary Lane from FRD (future restricted
development) District to R -1A (single family residential) District in conjunction with
approval of Final Plat for Rolling Hills Park;
NOW, THERE ORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Rolling Hills Park
to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
o ncilmember Moen ,_ and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 ow ng vote n favor thereof:
Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen,
one roilowing voted against or aostainea: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.,
