SETTING CONDITION TO RE MET PRIOR TO PURLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LANs LOCATEO
WEST OF PINEVIEW LANE, SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD 47, NORTH OF SOO LINE RAILROAD TRACKS, AND
EAST OF INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 494 (RPUD 84- ) (83008)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezonino certain land located west
of Pineview Lane, south of County Road 47, north of Soo Line Railroad tracks, and east
of Interstate Highway 494 from FRO (future restricted development) District to R -1A
(single family residential) District in conjunction with approval of Final plat for
Bass Lake Heights;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Bass Lake Heights

FURTHER, Resolution No. 83-682 is hereby rescinded.
