Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 27th day of
February , 1984 . The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Schneider and Crain

Mia orrDavenport introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 125
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 1983 PARK AND RECREATION
ADVISORY COMMISSION ANNUAL REPORT
WHEREAS, City ordinance calls for the development of an annual report
from the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission, and
WHEREAS, a report for the year 1983 has been developed and approved
by the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed said report,
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the 1983 Park and Recreation
Advisory Commission Annual Report is hereby accepted, adopted
and further, that the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission
is to be commended for their outstanding efforts in leadership
in the park and recreation field for the year 1983.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Crai, , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vot an favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider
and Crain
