The following members were present: Ma or Daven ort Coun i The following mem ers were a sent: ounce mem ers en anNeils fyf fff •f• Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84-123 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND MERRY MIDDLEMIST ADDITION (81055) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated January 13, 1983, Beverly H. Lillyblad, Duane Lillyblad, Helen M. Fries, Robert Middlemist, Jr. and Merry Middlemist, developer of Merry Middlemist Addition (81055), have agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 42,750 $19,050 Sanitary Sewer 22,450 2,245 Watermain 22,250 -0- Storm Sewer 5,675 -0- Boulevard Sod 4,400 4,400 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 150 150 Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 1,000 1,000 Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 3,000 3,000 Site Grading and Drainage Improvements 15,000 -0- Park and Trail Improvements -0- -0- Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 14,001 3,580 TOTAL $130,676 $33,425 That the letter of credit.required be reduced from $59,970 to $33,425 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adootion of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the 76 o -wing voted In favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, councilmembers Schneider and rain The ?ollowing voted against o— r abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. fff fff •ff
