The following members were present: MsiVor DaVenoort; Councilmembers c ne der --J.n--- ---...-------------' " '---------- — -- ------------------ were aosent: .t. trt Councilmember Schneider" introduced the following Resolution and moved its opt adion: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 120 AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-136 AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN 11POATE WORK PROGRAM WITH BONESTR00, ROSENE, ANDERLIK AND ASSOCIATES AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT nF AD- DITIONAL FUNDS FOR ACTUAL PRINTING COSTS WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 80-136 and Resolution No. 77-653 anoroved a work program submitted by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates for the updating of the City's sanitary sewer plan, storm sewer plan, and water distribution plan Ele- ments of the Comprehensive Plan; and, WHEREAS, the amended cost was to not exceed $30,178.00; and, WHEREAS, the Consultant has informed the City that the costs of printing the required number of copies of those Plan Elements was higher than anticipated because the number of copies exceeded that normally provided for engineerinu work; and, WHEREAS, the additional amount is for 270 total copies at 59.75 per copy for a total amount of $2,632.50; and, WHEREAS, payment of said amount represents completion of the work program as requested and ordered; and, WHEREAS, the City Manager has reviewed the request and has recommended that the agree- ment be amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that the work program with Ronestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates for the performance of the sanitary sewer plan, storm drainage plan, and water distribution plan Elements of the City's Comprehensive Plan Update be amended by the authorization of payment for the additional amount of 52,632.50 for 270 copies of said Plans at 59.75 per copy; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the funds for the amended proaram he appropriated from Ac- count No. 101-190-899.46, and that payment represents the completion of the requested and authorized work program.
