HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-117CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 27th day of February 1984 The following members were present:Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers Schnei­UFr and Crain The following «** ��lmember �Chneider introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 117 SOLICITORS, PEDDLERS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE WHEREAS, applications for Solicitors, Peddlers, or Transient Merchants License have been received from Jeffrey Jon Elasky, 71 East 105th St., Bloomington; Luke Gerard Przeslawski, 1314 E. Maynard, St. Paul; Leslie Lawrence Zimmer, 5525 James Ave. N., Brooklyn Center; Hugh Nicholas Merritt, 6209 Boone Ave. N., Brooklyn Park; and Bob Bohannon DeMuth, 7 Kaiser Ave., Medicine Lake to sell cable service door-to-door within Plymouth in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; and WHEREAS, the applications have been reviewed and approved by the Police Department; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the applications for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License are approved for a period beginning February 28, 1984 and ending December 31, 1984.
