Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �specia�l _meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2p77t�h� da yy of February 1984,

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adWption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 115
APPROVING THE RENAMING OF LAKE WOREGON TO CAVANAUGH LAKE
WHEREAS, the Department of Natural Resources has the responsibility of identifying
certain water bodies; and
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution Number 82-147 identified the body of water
number 27-110 that was an Unnamed lake to he Lake Wobeqon; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth wishes to rename Lake Wobeqon to Cavanauqh Lake;
NOW, THCREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that the Commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources he requested
to rename the body of water number 27-110 to Cavanauqh Lake.
The motion for adoption of the foregoinq Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass'&'and adopted.
